Rates: Weddings

Wedding Rates/Civil Ceremonies:

Wedding Ceremony:  $450
All ceremony music & music consultations, including rehearsal.

--$40/song if separate rehearsal is needed to practice with a vocalist or instrumentalist.
This classic wedding package includes:

    • My participation in the wedding ceremony & rehearsal
    • Prelude of wedding favorites from my repertoire, beginning 30 minutes before the wedding ceremony.
    • Entrance music for the family, wedding party and bride.
    • Incidental music from my repertoire (at Unity Candle, etc…)
    • A $40 fee per song applies for rehearsing to accompany other soloists.
    • Recessional for the wedding party, family and music as the guests exit.

      Wedding Reception Special Offer:
      Hire Tim for your wedding & receive reduced fees on your cocktail/reception/dinner music:  $120/first hour, $90/hr for additional hours.

      For Weddings/Venues Without A Piano – I will provide!! I will provide a state-of-the-art, portable digital ultimate grand piano.  This digital keyboard is one of the most sophisticated digital pianos available.  It recreates perfectly tuned grand pianos, grand floor harps, or other instruments such as cello and also a grand cathedral church organ, perfect for weddings!  Electricity on site required.

      ·         $50 portable piano/organ only, or,

      ·         $75 portable piano/organ with 1-2 audio speakers/amplifiers

      ·         $25 difficult access, i.e. Stairs, rough terrain, long hauling distance from car.

      ·         $25 Microphone rental for singer.

      Mileage:  No charge for mileage within the Northshore, New Orleans, Metairie, Mandeville, Slidell, Covington, Hammond, Picayune or the Mississippi Gulf Coast areas.
      Mileage beyond that range is 50 cents/mile for any miles I drive over a total of 80 round-trip miles, based on Google Map’s door-to-door estimates from my house in Mandeville, LA.
      So, simply take the total roundtrip miles that go OVER the number 80.  Divide that number by two.  That’s the number!
      For example, say it's 100 miles roundtrip.  That's 20 miles more than 80.  So take 20/2=$10.
      Wedding Deposit:  A 50% non-refundable deposit of the total amount reserves the date for your wedding with the balance due at or before the wedding.  We book up to 18 months in advance.
